Thatcham Butchers work with some of the Country’s top chefs and establishments on a daily basis. This is due to our reputation and consistency of cutting, packing, presentation and delivery of our product which is always set to highest standards from all departments. Consequently trade continued to increase and by word of mouth Thatcham Butchers have become leading catering butchers within the industry. This reputation has been further enhanced with the introduction of a Himalayan Salt Dry Ageing Chamber which we had installed in the middle of 2016.
Thatcham Butchers tasty and succulent pork loin steaks 10 pack. The loin is skillfully de-boned, with the rind and the excess fat left on, the eye of the loin to be portioned into 7oz (200 gram) steaks.
