Our industry known beef is also supported by a full range of locally sourced meat, poultry and products, including “Torre Meadow” Cotswold Lamb, Orchard Farm Pork From Great Windsor Park, Highbury Cotswold Chicken, English Veal and not forgetting our In-House bespoke Sausage and Burger operation.

This is due to our reputation and consistency of cutting, packing, presentation and delivery of our product which is always set to highest standards from all departments. Consequently trade continued to increase and by word of mouth Thatcham Butchers have become leading catering butchers within the industry. This reputation has been further enhanced with the introduction of a Himalayan Salt Dry Ageing Chamber which we had installed in the middle of 2016.
